We have added a new page for recipes (see the top right hand column of the blog for a list of the blogs’s pages) where we will add some of our favorite recipes. We will emphasis on healthy choices. Where they are not, we will try to include an admonition to choose your serving size and eating frequency accordingly.
Today, we have added two recipes for healthy breakfasts: oatmeal and granola (we eat it with yogurt and fruit).
